9:00 game: One Parent from each team
One Shift 8:20 – 11:30
or
Shared Shift 8:20 – 10:00

11:30 Game: One Parent from each team
One Shift 11:00 – 2:00
or
Shared Shift 11:00 – 12:30
/ 12:30 – 2:00
2:00 Game: One Parent from each team
One Shift: 1:30 – 4:30
or
Shared Shift: 1:30 – 3:00 / 3:00
– 4:30
4:30 Game: One Parent from each team
One Shift: 4:00 – Approximately 7:00 or when closing procedures are completed
Or
Shared Shift: 4:00 –
5:30 / 5:30
– Approximately 7:00 or closing
procedures are completed
Week Day Games
5:30 Games – One
Parent from each team
One Shift: 4:50 – 8:00
Or Shared Shift: 4:50 – 6:30 / 6:30
– Approx 8:00 or closing procedures
are complete
6:00 Games –
Normally 6:00 games are played
against out of town teams. This means
your team must schedule two parents for the entire game as we do not ask out of
town teams to work in the snack shack.
One Shift: 5:20 – 8:30 or closing procedures are completed
Or Shared Shifts: 5:20 – 7:00 / 7:00
– 8:30 or closing procedures are completed
Special Notes:
Sat April 4 & Jun 6th: 11:30 Games:
Parents must arrive at 10:50
to open snack shack as there is not a 9:00 am
game on those Saturdays
Sat April 25th, May 9th & June 6th 2:00 Games: Parents will be required to complete closing
procedures at the end of the 2:00 games as there is not a 4:30 game Scheduled
